hello!

So glad you’re here. I’m Carlee. That’s me in my garden, also featured is Boo and my sweet husband Scott. Boo is a spooky season pup who loves spending her days in the flowers with me, she is the official Goldenrod PR Manager and Scott is the Lead Engineer, helping us with our custom builds and mechanics.

The name Goldenrod stems from a deep love of wildflowers and all things color. The native Goldenrod plant is a rich yellow and also happens to be one of my favorite Crayola crayon colors.

My work is best described as textured and organic. No two arrangements alike; wild, unique and wandering. I believe that flowers are nature’s best story teller and they create experiences that are unique and special for everyone. My goal is to make my clients feel like trusted colleagues and friends, we work together to bring your vision to life.

Sourcing seasonally and locally is a foundation of my business. Not only will you see each client’s personality represented in my work, you will also see the designs change with the seasons. Soft and dainty in Spring, bold and bright in Summer, lush and full in Fall, and wild and textured in the Winter.

Over the past few years, I started my own cutting garden and it has been an absolute dream to incorporate flowers I’ve grown into designs. I am passionate about growing unique flowers with interesting colors, shapes and textures. Someday, you may even see Goldenrod Flower Farm…..!
