Gracie and Jessica

Joy. Joy is the only way to describe Gracie and Jessica’s wedding day. I have never felt so much happiness, love and joy radiating from a couple and loved ones. For G+J we blended shades of berry, orange, peach and pink together to create a colorful sunset palette. Their July wedding blessed us with some of the most amazing seasonal flowers including: Dahlias, Lisianthus, Cosmos, Mums, Gladiolas, Snap Dragons and Sweet Peas.

Another amazing couple, adorable pups and some fun greenery ideas (as seen in Seattle Bride Magazine). Jordyn & Jeff were down to earth, funny as hell, and so in love. They also happened to be science enthusiasts, so we incorporated beakers, Erlenmeyer flasks, dinosaurs and other gizmos & gadgets in to their decor. SO FUN! To date it is one of my favorite designs, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity I had to work with them.

Thanks you Jordyn & Jeff!

Chauanh + Gabriel

Date: August 12, 2017

Coordinator: Luma & Lavender

Photographer: Luma Weddings

Venue: Private Residence, Whidbey Island

Florals: Rusted Vase Floral Co.

Chauanh and Gabriel were married at a beautiful family home on Whidbey Island. The sun was shining and a light breeze rolled through the property, the perfect wedding weather! Family and bridal party members were bustling around, vendor teams were prepping food, folding napkins, and taking photos. It was laid back and intimate, one of my favorite wedding set ups! (Not to mention one of my favorite couples.)

I first met Chauanh & Gabriel at a coffee shop in Capitol Hill, they were silly, sweet, and so happy to be planning their wedding together. Their vision for florals was simple and lush, with a touch of the PNW beach. Gabriel's Dad built a custom driftwood arch for the ceremony that I wish I could have taken home with me, it was stunning! They fused together Vietnamese traditions with their romantic ceremony and reception, and everything went together beautifully!

One of the best details of the day was perhaps Chauanah's three dresses! One red, one white, one pink. Each representing a significant part of their cultures and commitment to one another.

Working alongside Haley & Kyle Goldie of Luma Weddings/Luma & Lavender is always fun and the images from Kyle are stunning! Take a peek below....!

Thanks Chauanh & Gabriel!

Matt + Keiko

A velvet wedding dress, two love birds, and one of the most epic dance parties of all time!

I worked alongside Danae of Perfectly Posh Events to bring Matt & Keiko's vision to life. If you ever have the chance to work with Danae, do it! She's a creative gem and someone I am lucky enough to call a friend-or, or in wedding industry language, someone who is a vendor AND a friend.

We brought the outdoors, with vines trailing along Crimson Haze bistro lights, a romantic copper arch way, and greenery centerpieces. A quirky library book collection paired with globes, indoor plants, and textured blooms made guests feel as if they were in the house of a brilliant college professor. Sophisticated and organic all at the same time.

Be sure to check out these images from Carina Skrobecki. They are INCREDIBLE!

Chrissy + Bert

I met Chrissy at Roy Street Coffee in Capitol Hill a few months away from her wedding. She brought her Maid of Honor, Brittany along for support, and as soon as we started talking, I knew she was my type of bride! Sweet, funny, and down to earth. Chrissy & Bert were so easy to work with, we exchanged texts and emails over the next couple of months, and when their wedding day rolled around, I was SO excited to design their flowers! Their color palette was white and red. The red being for good luck.

Krista Welch of Krista Welch Creative took STUNNING photos, and I am so excited to share them with you!

Thank you Chrissy & Bert!

Lora + Max

Sometimes the best things come together unexpectedly, and at the last minute. Lora and Max contacted me shortly before their wedding explaining that their florist had cancelled and they were in need of a new florist. I am SO glad that they reached out. Lora and Max were both kind, grateful, and so in love. They shared intimate gifts with one another before their first look at the altar. Alex Lasota captured their day so beautifully. All of the small details, smiles and one of the cutest bridal party pups to date are below!

JB + SDP

A roof top courthouse ceremony followed by an intimate rehearsal dinner at Casco Antiguo started off Jesse and Sophia's epic wedding weekend. There are so many little details that made this my FAVORITE wedding of the year. Jesse and Sophia worked hard to bring their modern, artistic wedding to life. A stellar vendor team, hand painted artwork from the groom, unique decor touches (including a SUPER FUN photo booth back drop), and a custom made neon sign are just a few of the details that make this wedding so special. Thank you Jesse and Sophia for trusting me with your vision, and for letting me have so much artistic freedom with your florals.

Megan & John's wedding was the perfect "Seattle" wedding. Rooftop first looks at the Thompson Hotel, bridal party photos in Pioneer Square, followed by a reception at one of Seattle's top wedding venues, The Foundry by Herban Feast.

When Molly of Bridal Bliss reached out to me about Megan and John's florals, she described the day as "romantic and classic with a nod to the South". My DREAM client. Megan is originally from Georgia, so we thought it would be fun to incorporate some peaches in to the head table decor with just a "pop" of peach in all of the arrangements.

Megan and John's day turned out to be one of my absolute favorites of the year. A beautiful combination of classic and romantic with a modern and natural twist. Matthew Land Photography captured everything beautifully. When I opened their gallery for the first time I squealed, (literally). Thank you Matthew Land, your work is STUNNING!

Take a peek for yourself, you won't be disappointed!
